Snow Blower Only Runs When Primed. I did 3 rounds of this. I notice that the auto throtel is going back and forth and is not steady. Jump to Latest Follow. I was running it through the gas tank.

I have a Craftsman snow thrower Model 247886911 I just got it back from Sears service center because when primed it would leak gas. Once in a blue moon it would run for a minute but not under load. Was told that a new carberator was installed. Bolens 824 re-powered with Briggs and Stratton 145GT snow engine Simplicity 860 1691900-17825 - Backup machine.
The best thing to do is to remove the carburetor take it apart and soak it in a good parts cleaner.
Tried starting it again but to no avail. It turns over but stalls out. Today it would run for only 10 sec and would have to constantly be re-primed and started. Get shopping advice from experts friends and the community.
